We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Estimator/Sales Professional to join our team! If you enjoy meeting new people, providing great customer service, and helping homeowners and businesses transform their spaces, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with customers, assess project needs, and prepare accurate estimates

• Manage steady lead flow (inbound + outbound)

• Maintain 2–3 measure calls and 2–3 sales calls per day

• Collaborate with Project Managers and vendors

• Provide excellent, professional customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of retail or in-home sales experience

• Organized, self-motivated, and great with deadlines

• Strong communicator; comfortable meeting clients in their homes

• Basic math/geometry skills

• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office

• Degree preferred, not required
